In an age in which good food and good wine are in vogue, IVV is proud to present its project dedicated to Author’s Mixology. Certain of the fact that, when we talk about the «art of mixing», we move in a territory where there is not a single truth and where the variety of opinions is a richness and a stimulus, we preferred to start a path in which to give space not to a single person, but to more protagonists of mixed drinking, and to do so at international level. Under the technical direction of Thomas Martini, bar manager of the famous Harry’s Bar in Florence, IVV selects internationally renowned bartenders and with them develops one or more cocktail glasses that express their taste, their specialties and their professional needs, both in the design and in the dimensions.
On this basis, The Bartender’s Signature is a project with which, under the technical direction of Thomas Martini, bar manager of the famous Harry’s Bar in Florence, IVV selects internationally renowned bartenders and with them develops one or more cocktail glasses that express their taste, their specialties and their professional needs, both in the design and in the dimensions.
The result is a series of exclusive IVV glasses, conceived by protagonists of the international professional bartendering scene, both as working tools for professional bartenders, and as objects to be bought or gifted in private life.
We start with the creations of Thomas Martini, Italy – Alessandro Palazzi, England – Vladimir Zhuravlev, Russia – Shuichi Nagatomo, Japan. Cheers !!!
